Japan’s NYK Line has agreed to acquire an undisclosed stake in the Indonesian state oil and gas company Pertamina’s shipping subsidiary.

NYK said it hopes to conclude the investment in Pertamina International Shipping (PIS) by the end of this year. The two companies are currently working on the investment agreement.
