Vietnam’s TPL Shipping has said discussions to sell one of its two very large gas carriers (VLGC) are only in their initial stages and that the company continues to operate both vessels.
"At the present moment, only for our Everrich 8, [sale] negotiations are still alive," TPL said.
Earlier this month, brokers reported that the company had sold the 75,000-cbm Everrich 8 (built 1990) to scrap buyers in India and the 78,400-cbm Everrich 10 (built 1995) to Asian buyers for further trading.
