Greek owner Thalkat Shipping continues to renew its fleet and has bought a six year old handysize bulker for an attractive price.
The SPP-built 35,000-dwt Trading Fabrizia (built 2011) has been acquired from the Italian owner d’Amato for $9m, sources say.
UK-based online platform VesselsValue says the ship is worth $10.79m.
The ship, which is the last in the d’Amato fleet, is not due for special survey till March 2021.
