The ex-directors of the former Aegean Marine Petroleum Network say the lawsuit attempting to hold them accountable for the alleged company-destroying, $300m fraud scheme failed to describe their culpability.

In a letter to Judge Naomi Reice Buchwald Monday, Aegean Marine's one-time directors argued the complaint — filed by creditors in September — made several allegations against founder and former chief executive Dimitris Melissanidis "but scant allegations about defendants".
