Liquidators for Shagang Shipping have taken the Chinese shipowner’s lengthy charter dispute with compatriot HNA Group to the links, by securing a court order seizing several golf courses in the US.
US District Judge Richard Jones, of the federal court in Seattle, has ordered the attachment of 10 courses at eight golf clubs in the state of Washington that are controlled by HNA.
