Mitsui OSK Lines (MOL) has lodged a pair of lawsuits in California aiming to collect from Lebanon's Blue Alliance Shipping and the partners in the joint venture over allegations of unpaid bills and unfulfilled minimum volumes.
The Japanese liner giant filed one lawsuit against Blue Alliance and African Car Carrier in a US federal court in San Francisco, while another targets Swiss Shipping Line.
