A US judge has thrown out an order seizing a Cosco containership as part of litigation with Seattle's Great Ocean Shipping Line (GO).
But the decision by chief US district judge Ricardo Martinez, of the US federal court in Seattle, gives the US shipowner another chance in its $11.1m dispute with the Chinese shipping giant over a repair job at a Cosco shipyard.
