A Maridive anchor handling tug supply vessel was seized in Aruba in a court row over a $21m debt.
The 138-bhp Maridive 702 (built 2011) was held on 14 July, but has reportedly since left the island's waters, according to the Antilliaans Dagblad.
The coastguard was attempting to move the ship back into its territory, it added.
