A chartered-in Eukor car carrier has been freed by Libyan forces after being intercepted on Monday.
Eukor told TradeWinds that the 6,697-ceu Morning Compass (built 2013) was released at 0800 local time on Tuesday.
"The crew onboard are all safe," it added, but said that since the vessel is chartered, it could not make any further specific comment on the incident.
