Singapore's ASL Marine has plunged to a loss in its third quarter as costs rose.

The offshore shipowner and shipyard player said the net deficit to 31 March was SGD 11.35m ($8.12m), against a profit of SGD 0.82m in 2016.

Revenue was down at SGD 84.14m, compared to SGD 90.1m a year ago.

And administrative and operating expenses rose SGD 6m year-on-year.
