MPC Capital chairman Axel Schroeder has built his stake in spin-off MPC Container Ships (MPCC).
The expanding containership company said board member Schroeder's CSI was allocated 4.48m shares in its recent private placement of 15m shares.
CSI's total shareholding is now 9.5m shares.
This gives it a 47.5% stake, based on 20m outstanding shares, according to the Oslo stock exchange.
