Spanish authorities have found six tonnes of cocaine concealed in a cargo of bananas on a Torvald Klaveness boxship.
The El Pais daily reported that the haul at Algeciras is worth EUR 210m ($248m).
There is no suggestion the crew of the 2,546-teu Banak (built 2014) was in any way involved in the smuggling.
The ship is now heading to the Caribbean.
