Diana Containerships plans to trim its fleet further in the coming weeks.
The US-listed owner said it has signed an agreement to sell the 3,426-teu Sagitta and the Centaurus (both built 2010) for $12.3m each.
Both vessels have market values of 10.2m and demolition values of $6.6m, according to VesselsValue.
They will be sold to an unaffiliated, unnamed buyer through two separate wholly-owned subsidiaries and are set for delivery by 27 April 2018.
