The Reefer RoRo has been developed in conjunction withReefer Intel and Danish designer Knud E Hansen for global operations.
The emphasis is on fast and efficient cargo handling in port, Stena said.
Hansen, which has designed ro-ro and con-ro units for CMNand Bahri, said the vessel, with a lifespan of 40 years, would have a 40% lowerunit cost and 45% more capacity than traditional reefers.
