The territory's marine department said the Honduras-flagged 227,539-cbf Belita (built 1986), operated by Lucky Shipmanagement, was held on 23 December and was still under detention at the end of the month.
It had no certificate from its flag state and no certificate of civil liability for bunker pollution.
