Brazilian police boarded the 95,000–gtMSC Magnifica (built 2010) lastweek in Salvador and said they had “rescued” 11 crew who were forced to work upto 16 hours a day, the BBC reported.
But MSC said: "MSC Crociere is in full compliance withnational and international labour regulations and is ready to co-operate withthe authorities."
It added it had not received "any evidence or legalnotification" from the Brazilian labour ministry.
