“Abusy time is expected over the next few months, so retailers are keeping aclose eye on the labour situation at West Coast ports to ensure that cargocontinues to move smoothly,” NRF said.

Thecurrent contract for West Coast dockworkers expires June 30 but negotiationsare not expected to begin until mid-May.
