It said earnings were INR 138.1m ($2.3m) to 31 March.
Gati told the Northern Stock Exchange that the previous year's figure was INR 75.5m.
Revenue was INR 3.83bn, from INR 3.16bn a year ago.
Its nine-month net profit was INR 283.1m, up from INR 100.7m.
