The first of two 875-teu vessels ordered in 2011 from Rongcheng Shenfei is due next month, but no date has been finalised for the sistership.
They were originally due in 2013, but the second had been put back to the final quarter of 2014.
Now Eimskip says it will not be handed over until 2015.
The vessels cost $50m en bloc, but the delays have let Eimskip knock $10.75m
