The company said net profit was DKK 123m ($22.46m) to 31 March, from DKK 124m in the same period of 2013.
Revenue grew to DKK 2.84bn from DKK 2.71bn thanks to stronger North Sea activity.
It blamed Easter occurring in March last year for a drop in passenger business, however.
