The 10-year agreement with Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd (RCCL) covers 142 Wartsila engines on 36 cruise ships.
Wartsila says the deal, which includes a subcontract with ABB Turbocharging, is one of its largest with a marine customer.
The Finnish engine giant will provide a broad range of services including condition, technical support, development and design of new components as well as spare parts.
