The company said the net deficit was MYR 1.38m ($0.41m) to 30 September, against MYR 1.11m a year ago.
Overall revenue fell to MYR 37.87m from MYR 43.6m.
Liner revenue was down 11% to MYR 35.76m as box numbers fell, it said.
Ship operating profit before non-deployment costs and administrative expenses decreased by 41% to MYR 3.5m, as fixed operating costs remained high.
