The country's Competition Appeals Committee (CAC) has overturned the decision of the Icelandic Competition Authority (ICA) that denied the shipowner access to a report and supporting documentation handed to the special prosecutor.
The case will now go back to the ICA for "further assessment" and a new decision on Eimskip’s request for access to the information, it said.
