The UK Competition Appeal Tribunal said in January that it was upholding a ruling that it did not have jurisdiction to review the deal that saw the company set up by Eurotunnel to operate ro-paxes it had acquired from the defunct SeaFrance.
The UK’s competition authority had previously said the service would force one of P&O or DFDS/LD Lines out of business on the Calais run.
