The ferry group said it earned DKK 21.4m ($3.24m) last year.
Its profit forecast had been raised to between DKK 10m and DKK 20m in November after strong traffic growth.
And the shipowner is set to be boosted by a DKK 13.1m pay-out in a dispute with insurer Tryg Forsikring, Maritime Danmark reported.
A court ruled in its favour over a 2010 action brought against the insurer after a claim for accidental damage to its 5,600-gt fast ferry Max Mols (built 1998) was rejected.
