The Estonian ro-pax owner booked earnings of EUR 27.3m ($31m) during the last year, compared to EUR 43.4m in 2013.
Annual passenger volumes decreased by 2.6% to nearly 9 million.
Revenue for 2014 went down to EUR 921.5m, versus EUR 942m.
But the fourth quarter profit went up 10% to EUR 8.4m.
It came partly as a result of lowering quarterly fuel costs by nearly EUR 9m, compared to the same period of last year.
