The service is being launched in partnership with Cosco Container Lines, Wan Hai Lines and Yang Ming Marine Transport.
PIL said the new service, to be named CM2, will deploy six vessels of around 5,500-teu each starting from 5 April.
Port rotation for the weekly service will be: Pusan, Qingdao, Ningbo, Kaohsiung, Shekou, Singapore, Jebel Ali, Penang, Singapore and Kaohsiung before returning to Pusan.
