The Jones Act specialist has been serving the mainland/Hawaii trade lane since 2005 with two ships. It will now take over Horizon’s four US flag container vessels in the same sector.
Pasha is also buying Horizon subsidiaries Hawaii Stevedores, the California-based operations of Sea-Logix, which provides trucking and warehousing services, and Sunrise Operations, a subsidiary that will include Horizon’s vessels and Hawaii-based employees.
