French container line CMA CGM is deploying larger vessels for a service linking northern Europe to the Caribbean.
The PCRF run to the French West Indies will use 2,800-teu ships instead of 2,200-teu ones during the first quarter of 2016.
It will also add two new calls at Zeebrugge and Rotterdam.
“This move supports regional growth of both the French Indies market, currently around 3%, and promotes intra-Caribbean trade developments.”
