APM Terminals is investing EUR 758m ($861.5m) in order to bolster its capacity in Morocco and serve Maersk Line.

AP Moller-Maersk’s terminal arm will add 5m teu at the Tanger Port, where it has operated a facility since 2007.

The new terminal is scheduled to open in 2019 under a 30-year concession agreement.
