MSC and Zim are starting a new Black Sea service to capitalise on seasonal agricultural demand.
The container lines said the run will call at Alexandria, Ashdod and Novorossiysk, starting in November.
The weekly loop will use two ships with a fixed Friday departure from Ashdod.
The companies said: “The new joint service offers an optimal solution for agricultural exporters, reliable and with excellent transit time.”
