Terminal developer 4Gas is looking to sell the Texas site that would have housed its Vista del Sol LNG import project.
Real estate company Cushman & Wakefield said the Dutch company is asking $46.5 million for the greenfield property.
The real estate listing says the 310-acre Vista del Sol site comes with permits that allow for the construction of an LNG terminal, and it has access to local natural gas pipelines.
