Former German shipowner Marenave has dropped plans to rebuild its fleet.
The company has changed its name to Marna and said it has also changed its purpose, departing from "the former maritime corporate object."
CEO Hansjorg Plaggemars wrote to shareholders saying: "At present, it is still too early to name the content of future economic activity.
"Currently, the focus remains on the processing of the obligations arising from the restructuring agreements, which consists of the liquidation of the subsidiaries.
