Holth, speaking ahead of her participation in a round-table debate at the opening conference of Nor-Shipping, explains she may be a different person to predecessor Harald Serck-Hanssen but the bank has not changed now she leads the division.
“We changed our strategy many years ago going from more asset oriented to industry oriented.
“We have a strategy which has served us well for a long time and we have built up a strong portfolio of clients, so it’s more the personal style which changes when you change management, not the strategy as such,” she said.
