Fredriksen revealed his latest thinking on the much-discussed floatation in an exclusive interview at TradeWinds’ Nor-Shipping party.
In a WebTV interview he said: “We have a good currency on the stock so it’s going to be in the next six months I think. Six to eight months.”
Fredriksen stopped short of declaring today’s market the best historic opportunity to invest in shipping, but he did say he is quite optimistic about the cycle given the chance to buy in a low market.
