CEO Bob Burke tells TradeWinds the company believes a dip into the sale and purchase market is a better option for the company than a newbuilding play right now.
In a WebTV interview he said: “We are buyers, or at least potential buyers, right now. If the market is not at the bottom its close – sort of like the property markets were a couple of years ago.
