Clarkson Research Services has said offshore vessel orders will remain at very low levels for the next two years after a huge drop this year.
New contracts at yards have fallen 96% so far in 2016, it added.
"Ordering activity in 2016 so far has been extremely limited with just two OSV orders reported in the year to date. These were placed by Atlantic Navigation back in June," it said.
