Restructuring Farstad Shipping has said it will not make the final payment on a bond issue due in February.
The NOK 400m ($46.95m) debt was sold in 2012. It also has a NOK 1bn issue due next year.
Farstad said however that "substantial" holders of the two issues have agreed not to take steps to accelerate or enforce the loans during a standstill period agreed with banks that lasts until 28 February, a date extended from 31 January previously.
