Norway’s Eidesvik Offshore is to seek a new chief financial officer after the current incumbent said he would be leaving the company.
The Oslo-listed company said Svein Ove Enerstvedt notified the company of his decision to resign from the position on Tuesday.
Eidesvik said Enerstvedt, who has been with the company since June 2006, was resigning for family reasons.
The company gave no timetable for Enerstvedt’s departure other than to say he will continue to serve in the position until further notice.
