Allseas Group has secured the contract for the offshore pipelay of the Nord Stream 2 natural gas pipeline through the Baltic Sea.
The Swiss-based group will deploy three pipelaying vessels for the work vessels – the Pioneering Spirit (built 2014), the Solitaire (built 1998) and the Audacia (built 2007).
Allseas will undertake offshore pipelay works for both lines in 2018 and 2019.
