Siemens and DONG Energy are closing in on a sale of their Danish shipowning venture A2Sea.
The offshore wind vessel specialist could fetch between $200m to $250m following a bidding round in February, according to the Berlingske Business daily.
Another shipping company is seen as the most likely buyer.
Danish media are tipping Fred Olsen, Vroon, DEME and Chinese interests as potentially interested.
