Pacific Richfield has seen three of its anchor handlers arrested in Singapore by mortgagee bank United Overseas Bank (UOB).

The 8,000-bhp Pacific Bronze (built 2004), the 6,000-bhp Pacific 8 (built 2003) and the 6,000-bhp Pacific 28 (built 2004) were detained by law firm Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP.

OUB contends that it is owed at least $22.4m in relation to the Pacific Bronze by the Singapore-based offshore vessel owner, according to court documents.
