Bourbon has signed a contract to support the installation of the first floating wind turbine in France.
The offshore giant will deploy one anchor handler and a few ROVs to conduct mooring operations on the SEM-REV site near Le Croisic.
The mooring installation will take place during the summer based on a method jointly established by Bourbon and Ideol’s engineering teams along with Ecole Centrale de Nantes (ECN).
