Charterers in Norway are looking at anchor-handlers for supply runs after the spot market sold out of platform supply vessels (PSVs) again, according to broker Westshore.

Rates have remained stronger in Norway than in the UK, with a Nordic American Offshore PSV picking up NOK 120,000 ($14,000) per day from Aker BP.

By contrast, the 4,600-dwt FS Pegasus (built 1996) could only manage £3,750 ($4,800) per day from Premier Oil for two weeks of supply duties in the UK, equalling recent lows.
