SolstadFarstad has completed its first vessel sale since its official mega-merger last month.
Subsidiary Farstad Supply said it disposed of the 23,664-bhp Far Shogun (built 2010).
The anchor-handling tug supply (AHTS) vessel finished its latest contract on 17 June.
SolstadFarstad said delivery of the vessel had taken place today but did not disclose the name of the new owner.
According to vessel tracking websites, Far Shogun is currently anchored off Singapore.
