Atlantic Offshore has sold its two oldest emergency response and rescue vessels for demolition in Denmark.
It has sent both the 1,900-dwt Ocean Sprite (built 1975) and 866-dwt Ocean Swan for scrap, a statement said.
Both of the ships have been in lay-up since late 2016.
Calls to Atlantic seeking comment were unanswered at the time of writing on Wednesday.
