Norwegian shipowner Boa Offshore has started legal action to recover a $13m arbitration award.
The company announced earlier this month that it had won a settlement in a row with Noryards Fosen over a refund guarantee claim of advance payments after subsidiary Boa IMR cancelled a shipbuilding contract in September 2015.
Boa said the money had not been paid within the deadline and "an enforcement procedure will now be initiated in Luxembourg."
