The judicial managers of Swissco Holdings have applied to postpone court refinancing meetings.
The Singapore OSV company said it had filed for a hearing at the high court on 26 January to push back the meetings beyond 31 January.
"The judicial managers will continue to work with and engage creditors and stakeholders," it said.
In September, the company said an investment fund had made an offer for its OSV business.
