Chinese energy company Sinopec has inked a new order for a seismic survey vessel.
Tianjin Xingang Shipbuilding Heavy Industry will deliver a 2,000-gt ship in March 2019, brokers reported.
No price has been revealed for the contract.
Sinopec has five other such vessels, plus two research ships, in its mixed fleet of 52 units.
The Chinese yard is also building ore carriers for CoscoCS and car carriers for Wallenius Lines.
