Birch HillEquity Partners agreed to sell half of its 100% holding in the company, which owns sixanchor-handlers and supply ships operating off Canada’s east coast.
Thevessels are largely built in the 1970s and 1980s.
The two owners will split boardrepresentation, Siem said.
Birch Hill established Secunda in March 2012.
It made an operating profit of CAD 7.8m from Marchto December last year, while total assets stood at CAD 60.6m
